1. Proofs: After placing your order, your will receive a first-design of your imprint. This first-design is sent in form of a proof which you can approve directly or tell us what you would like to have changed.

2. Rapidity: Thanks to optimizing our work-flow in pre-print you will receive your proof the same day. If your order is urgent and you need a proof within short time – please give us a call. Even requests at very short notice can be realized.

3. Optimization/Adjustment of data: You would like to change your printing motive? You need help in creating data? You would like several suggestions of how your printing motive looks like on a pencil?

From order to delivery

The way from your order to delivery of your products is like a loop with different »stops«.
After placing and order, your data is sent to the graphic’s team. They will create a first design (proof) of your delivered data on your desired product. Should you require any changes of the first design, they will update the first version and a new one will be sent to you shortly. After approval all the data is sent to the printing company. When your products are imprinted and packed you will receive them within a short time.

When you use our › configuration tool to create your individual product, you can choose between upload data or a manually entered text. No matter which way you choose – you will receive a proof for approval.
